Pa-O Youth Organization (P.Y.O)
P.Y.O was established on 4th December, 1998 by Pa-O youth who came from various places in Pa-O areas of Burma.
Vision/Aim
To empower youths to become leaders and establish a new society based on the principles of freedom, equality, justice and peace
Objectives
- To promote quality critical thinking and creative of youth
- To increase youths and community collaboration on peace, democracy, human rights and environment.
- To corporate with ethnic youths on building federal union with equality and self-determination
- To increase youths participation in national and political decision making
- To promote Pa-O literature and culture

ပအိုဝ္းလူငယ္အစည္းအရုံး
အႏၱိမပန္းတုိင္။
လြတ္လပ္ျခင္း၊ တန္းတူညီမွ်ျခင္း၊ တရားမွ်တျခင္းျဖင့္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး အျပည့္အဝရွိေသာ လူ႔ေဘာင္သစ္တစ္ရပ္ႏွင့္အတူ စြမ္းရည္ျပည့္ဝေသာ အနာဂါတ္ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေကာင္းမ်ား ေပၚထြန္းရမည္။
ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္
(က) လူငယ္ထုမ်ား၏ ကုိယ္ပိုင္အရည္အေသြးႏွင့္ ဖန္တီးႏိုင္မႈစြမ္းအား ပိုမိုျမႇင့္မားရန္၊
(ခ) ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး၊ ဒီမိုကေရစီအေရး၊ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးႏွင့္ သဘာ၀ ပတ္၀န္းက်င္ဆိုင္ရာ အေရးတို႔ကို ပအိုဝ္းျပည္သူ ႏွင့္လူငယ္မ်ား ပိုမိုပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္၊
(ဂ) ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံ၌ တန္းတူၿပီး ကိုယ္ပုိင္ျပဌာန္းခြင့္အျပည့္အဝ ရွိေသာ ဖက္ဒရယ္ျပည္ေထာင္စုစနစ္ တည္ေဆာက္ရာတြင္ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္တူ တိုင္းရင္းသားလူငယ္အဖြဲ႔မ်ားႏွင့္ ပိုမို ပူးေပါင္းပါ၀င္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္၊
(ဃ) အမ်ဳိးသားေရးႏွင့္ ႏိုင္ငံေရးဆိုင္ရာ ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္မ်ား ခ်မွတ္ရာတြင္ လူငယ္မ်ား ပိုမိုပါဝင္ရန္ႏွင့္
(င) ပအုိ၀္းလူမ်ဳိးတို႔၏ စာေပႏွင့္ယဥ္ေက်းမႈ ဓေလ့ထံုးတမ္းမ်ားကို ေဖာ္ထုတ္ ျမႇင့္တင္ထိန္းသိမ္းရန္ တို႔ျဖစ္သည္။
